Segensworth Business Centre is the main commercial and employment area near Titchfield, located north of the village close to the M27 junction 9. The business parks at Segensworth East and Segensworth West provide office and industrial space for a range of companies, from small local businesses to regional offices of national firms. The area developed from the 1970s onwards, taking advantage of good road access. Segensworth is the nearest significant employment location for Titchfield residents and contributes to the economic base of the wider Fareham borough.
